We are well into pumpkin spice season and before we know it it’ll be Halloween! Are you ready? Do you have your costume planned out? Have your kiddos decided on what they'd like to be yet (or changed their minds a few times already)?
We decided to put together a few Halloween looks just for you. If you’re like us, you want a costume that is quick and easy but still fun. As busy gals on-the-go, it can be time-consuming to plan out a Halloween costume so we’ve taken all the guesswork out for you. On top of putting these looks together, we also want to send you a FREE headwrap. Read below to learn how you can WIN one of these newly released Harts-loween headwraps.
To celebrate this Harts-loween, we invited Kat from Makeup By Kat Dawson to show us how to incorporate easy Halloween inspired makeup that paired with H&P accessories to create a simple Halloween look. Next, we brought on Katherine from KCM Photography to photograph our day. And finally, we had Nikki (our Grays Harbor Sales Rep) with her daughters, Bekah (our Creative Assistant), Kelly (a beautiful H&P customer) and Desiree (our founder) with her daughter be models for the day.
1. Mommy and Me Trolls Inspired Style
(Nikki's before and after in a custom turban headwrap. Want a custom wrap for your costume? Contact us!)

Thank you Kat for spending the day with us and showing us how makeup can really boost our Halloween looks. All of the makeup on our models was created and applied by Kat. She is a traveling, freelance makeup artist from Tacoma, Washington. Email Kat for the “Harts-loween deal” of $15 off your next makeup session (restrictions apply).

I tried to find a theme for my son and I to do this year. He is 11 and he wanted no part in my ideas. He wants to be the super hero “Arrow” and we looked at buying costumes but he didn’t like any so we are now making it. We got a few things over the weekend to start. So now I decided I will go as one of the Sanderson witches from “Hocus Pocus”. I have the material and boots and I am going to attempt to make my own cape/robe <3 Happy Halloween!!

I will be incorporating my lime green H&P Trucker 12 hat into my Halloween costume for the Hawk Alley Tailgate by using it to be a Seahawks 12 Ultimate Fan with blue colored hair and my Earl Thomas jersey. GO HAWKS ???? I might also consider doing a witch idea for using my purple headband for holding back my hair under the witch hat and using my Seahawks ear warmer/ headwrap as an added decoration to the witch hat. Happy Halloween ??
