A little over a year ago a passion began burning inside me to share how Harts & Pearls got started. When I reflect and see where it began, the path it has traveled, and where it is now – I am completely amazed and overwhelmed with gratefulness.
I am so excited to share, "Fear to Faith – The Harts & Pearls Story.”
Harts & Pearls, inspired by my daughters life and started on a kitchen table, now retails in dozens of locations throughout WA, OR, and AZ. We specialize in designing and creating handmade fashion forward accessories for the modern woman, child, and baby. Each item is handmade in Puyallup, WA - as business grows, so do the hands that create. This past year we won King 5’s Best of Western WA for women’s fashion accessories. We now design our own fabric, ship worldwide, and continue to expand our product line each season.
At Harts & Pearls we love creating fashion accessories, but what we are most passionate about is having a part in another woman or child’s life that helped them feel beautiful and more alive. When you put on Harts & Pearls we hope that you embrace your beauty, know your value, and feel empowered to be the person you were created to be.
I am beyond grateful for the gift that was given to me through the life of my daughter - without her, there would not be Harts & Pearls. I continued to be blown away at the support we have been given and the love we receive. I have to thank my friends and family – because it all started there and grew. Without you – our first customers - none of this would be possible! Thank you!
Single motherhood - the greatest gift given to me, joined with the success of my business has inspired me to give back to other single mothers as well as find ways to help other women start their own business.' I once was told, "you keep what you give away." I want to keep what I have and have found my 'hart' is most fulfilled when I can give it away.
We had an amazing team put this video together. Thank you to District 4 Creative who produced it, Vintage Restoration and Espresso, Something to Chalk About, and Simply Sophisticated. The adorable handcrafted items you see throughout the video were handmade by the fabulous and local business.
"Take a leap of faith, work hard, and never lose sight of your vision."
